Benefit Management is often confused or aligned to the production of a business case for a project or programme. Although the benefit management approach can assist in the production of a business case it is not the rationale behind the process.
Benefit management is:
“The process of organising and managing such that the potential benefits arising from the change project are actually realised”
If you want to be certain of the benefits from your change projects let us run a benefit workshop - we will give structure and ownership to the outcome.

The benefits management process is a series of steps within a workshop to establish identification, measurement and accountability for the delivery of the benefits related to a particular project

•Create a Benefit Dependency Network- identify the benefits and their dependencies.
•Benefit structure - what types of benefit are going to be delivered - and what additional work is needed.
•Stakeholder Analysis - will everybody support the benefits?
•Benefit Realisation Plan - who owns the benefits and agreement to deliver.
